The first step to trading with Market Place is to create a trader account. It is totally free of charge and will allow you to apply for our upcoming markets and events.

To start the process of creating an account, enter your email address and create a password. Next a verification email will be sent to you.

On receipt of the email select the Verify Email Address box, this takes you back to complete your details.

During the create an account process, you will be asked various questions about you and your business. You will be asked to submit copies/evidence of your Right to Work in the UK, Public Liability Insurance, PAT Certificate, Gas Safe Certificate, Fire Risk Assessment and Food Hygiene Certificate etc (as appropriate to your business), as well as images of your products and trading unit. You may want to make sure you have electronic copies of these documents available before you start.

This information is necessary to complete the account process.

We collect this information to validate you/your business and to satisfy our legal obligations. The information provided will be shared with our clients, Local Authorities, and other government agencies on request to satisfy their legal obligations.
